Legal assistance during negotiations
Subject to each single case particularities, negotiation stands for one of parties’ options, which may actually get to be materialized.
The counseling we provide to our clients before any private / public institutions, as such clients may be either natural persons or legal entities, or any public / private law entities, aims at enhancing the position of the party we provide assistance to, in view of entering an amicable agreement whose conditions shall be as close to the latter’s personal and / or financial interests as reasonably possible.
In any such above-described case as well, the fee may be firm, hourly based or it may be a success-reaching fee, and in such last instance, one shall define such fee under the very legal assistance agreement.
