Administrative law stands for public law branch containing the overall set of legal normative deeds regulating the social relations regarding the due organization and business activity of the public administration, based on and for the purpose of duly enforcing the law.

At the administrative law level, our Practice role is represented by our advising and assisting our clients in court, as well as before the public administration office, in matters such as:

– electoral law;

– annulment / compelling to issue any administrative deeds;

– public office (by default, the business activities run by public officers, which involve the due exercise of public prerogatives).
